Location: the hotel was just next door to the central shopping area as well as center of Garmisch and a good parking. Staff was super fairly friendly. The room was reasonably large and delightful, with a balcony.

The swimming pool and sauna were a fab extra to the hotel. It was so nice coming home after a day's skiing and relax in the spa. For this alone I would go back.

Location - very close to Zugspitze (unfortunately the weather was so bad that we never made that trip); also 2 minute walk to many good restaurants in Garmish. Hotel recommended La Vie across the road, which was excellent. Large modern room. Free WiFi (although no signal in our room).

the staff is very pleasant and helpful and attentive to the little things that make a difference. The hotel is in a great location central to everything. Plus the had great breakfasts! A real jewel!
We needed a laundry that the hotel did not have but there is a commercial (expensive) service across the street.

The breakfast meal was delicious with a variety of options like ham and yogurts. the hotel's location was great, being close to wonderful restaurants, the train station, city center, and the Old Town pedestrian area with many dining choices.

HI! we are a young couple and we this was our fist trip to garmisch! The hotel had very friendly staff the had very useful information and the location was awsome!!!
The pool was to cold!!! i was very dissapointed.....
